I was hired by Innerspin to write copy for Hotel Erwin's brand repositioning and website redesign. The brand wanted a whole lot of grit paired with badass skate- and surf-inspired language. Needless to say, it was the first time I got paid to use the word "kook" in my writing. Not mad about it.
